Shamanic Energy work is a powerful method of healing which works with the root cause of the energy imbalance which may be affecting our day to day lives. Removing energy blockages, attachments and intrusions can have many benefits for the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual energy.

Energy connections workshops are 2.5 hour duration.
Working in the directions of the medicine wheel you are held in sacred space as we explore the connections between our physical emotional mental and spiritual energy.

Exploring root connections in the physical world we discuss the connections between our thoughts feelings response and how they are influencing our day to day lives. Identifying possible energy imbalances we use the second part of this workshop to connect with the East to remove energy blockages or attachments. Journeying with our power animals we retrieve our soul parts integrating body and spirit, with earth and fire, through a meeting of east and west.
