Working to channel spirit and call in your guides sessions are ran intuitively, offering an insight into appropriate healing modalities for the individual. Calling in spirit guides and spirit animals this session can be used to support personal healing and transformation. This session is a great introduction for anyone who feels apprehensive about energy work or going deeper with their own healing journey.

1:1 Personal Reading

Meditation is one of the tools we use the most here at Shamanic Studio Grimsby. We provide group sessions in person and online as well as 1-2-1 sessions. This is a good way to introduce people to meditation and to the services which we offer. Many cleints use these sessions to learn how to simply 'quiet the mind' whilst others use these sessions to work on specific areas of their life to enhance their wellbeing supporting emotional, mental, physical and spiritual health.

1:1 Guided Shamanic Meditation

Working with a combination of tools, such as, feather and stone, meditation and sound this session can be used to cleanse and restore energy centres. During your session we work to channel spirit working with your guides and animals to bring about transformational healing. This work is good for anyone who would like to go deeper, with their own healing journey. This session is also a great tool for people who have explored other healing modalities, and are looking for something a little more, to help them make the changes which they want.

During your session we work to channel spirit working with your guides and power animals to bring about transformational healing. This work is good for anyone who would like to go deeper, with their own healing journey. This session is also a great tool for people who have explored other healing modalities, and are looking for something a little more, to help them make the changes which they want.
