This session is also a good introduction for anyone who is new to Shamanic Energy work. Sessions are tailored to the individual and an initial discussion will take place to allow for further insight into the work the client wishes to undertake. Shamanic Meditation sessions can be used to help to release Blockages and Remove Intrusions which may be causing imbalances, within our day to day lives.Clients also use these sessions to enhance their own practice when working with spirit guides and/or clearing their energy own energy centres. The duration of the meditation is approximately 45 minutes. Please allow one hour for this session for an intital consultation to tailor the sessions to your needs. For existing clients/participants ONLY. This session provides integration support during or after completing our projects/workshops/ courses. Sometimes we find the unexpected on the Journey within. The physical world does not always allow us to have time to stop and reflect. This short session can help to support the integration process and help individuals understand their experience further empowering them as they step into their full potential. This short 45 min session can be booked online or in-person and is for the existing clients/ participants. We offer these sessions for participants during the duration of the project- workshop- course. This service can also be accessed for up to 12 weeks after the course has been completed.
