Join us for a day of Energy healing, Intuitive connection and spiritual growth in the tranquil surroundings of Purusha Retreats.
Our full day workshop provides the opportunity to work with all four elements. These activities allow participants to rebalance the energy centres throughout the days practices. All of the activities and practices can be used to work on a specific area, or to promote relaxation and restoration. We complete our day with a Shamanic ceremony acknowledging the transition we have made and welcoming new beginnings as we step into the souls potential.
