Join us for a day of Energy healing, Intuitive connection and spiritual growth in the tranquil surroundings of Purusha Retreats. During this full day workshop, we will be working with the Shamanic medicine wheel connecting the East and the West as we bridge the realms of Spiritual and Physical worlds to connect with our intuitive guidance and enhance our personal, and spiritual practices.
For the second part of this workshop (part one April 25) We begin our day in the East exploring our spiritual connections and discovering any energy imbalances or intrusions we wish to work on for the day. Working with the West we connect to the physical body investigating our energy blockages and their affects on the body, mind, and emotions.
Integrating the energy body and the physical body we align the power centres connecting to the inner creator as we prepare to step into our full potential. We connect with the East during our Shamanic meditation with the invitation to deepen the work with self-extraction, soul retrieval and self-healing practices providing participants a safe and sacred space free from judgement to facilitate their own self healing.
* A full vegetarian lunch will be provided by Holly's Garden Kitchen.
*This workshop is open to all regardless of level/experience/knowledge- whether you are already walking the Shamanic pathway, or a seasoned yoga practitioner, this retreat is inclusive to all.
