In our Energy Connections workshops, we work our way around the Medicine Wheel to explore self-healing practices. Discovering our root connections in the direction of the West we explore possible energy blockages and their causes. Through self-inquiry we investigate root connections in the physical world identifying the connections between our thoughts feelings responses, and how they are influencing our day to day lives
