Drawing upon Shamanic tools to bridge the gap between the two worlds Anna welcomes your guides into  the session asscessing altered states of conciousness to provide a deeper insight into your own connection to your guides and those who walk with you. Personal Reading

The period of integration can usually last from 3-21 days. 
During this time and depending where we are in terms of our indidivual self-healing journey, it can be good to talk through some of our experiences or discuss notes we have made in our journals. 
These sessions aim to help individuals understand some of their experiences and provides support throughout the phase of integration as we learn to harmoise the physical and spiritual worlds.

Integration Support

At the core of all Shamanic Energy work is the intention for healing to take place. This  can involve removing energy blockages, attachments and intrusions which can have many benefits for the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual energy.
We begin the session with Feather Stone Energy work  clearing the energy centres before working deeper, to support the client their own self- healing journey exploring the depths of trauma which may be stored within the body.
 Working with your guides to direct the work throughout the session the aim for our sessions is always to empower our client supporting spiritual and personal growth. This can sometimes mean going through discomfort as we seek fragmented parts of the soul for personal healing bringing about personal transformation.  
The effects of this session may continue on a subtle level for a few days or weeks after your session during which time we are here to support you.
Shamanic Energy Work sessions are 90 minutes and can include feather stone energy healing, soul retrieval, extraction, transformational healing, ceremony, and more. Our guided Shamanic Meditation sessions are a great way to connect with your spirit guides deepening your personal journey with self-healing practices.  Sessions are lead through Shamanic Meditation. 
 These sessions can be used to help with energy imbalances, as well as supporting emotional, mental and physical wellbeing.  
These sessions are recommended for those who would like to develop their own meditative practices whilst deepening  their connection with their unique gifts. They can also be used  to support emotional, mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing, rest and relaxation.  These sessions are also beneficial for on-going clients and those walking a spiritual pathway, who need a little support in their individual journey. This session can include; soul retrieval, extraction, working with guides, self-healing practices. This is a guided meditation session where the practitioner guides you through your energy work.
