Services
Working with a combination of tools, such as, feather and stone, meditation and sound this session can be used to cleanse and restore energy centres. During your session we work to channel spirit working with your guides and animals to bring about transformational healing. This work is good for anyone who would like to go deeper, with their own healing journey. This session is also a great tool for people who have explored other healing modalities, and are looking for something a little more, to help them make the changes which they want.

Meditation is one of the tools we use the most here at Shamanic Studio Grimsby. We provide group sessions in person and online as well as 1-2-1 sessions. This is a good way to introduce people to meditation and to the services which we offer.
