We prepare to open our sacred space with a cup of tea as we begin to explore our energy connections as a community before delving deeper into our own journey of self- inquiry to uncover our root connections.
Focusing on the smooth flow of energy work through the removal of blockages that may be causing discomfort and distress within the body we begin the morning workshop with  calming and relaxing self-care practices that will help quieten the mind, promote harmony with the body, and ground you in the present. Connecting with the physical body through Guided Shamanic Meditation we centre and ground ourselves before breaking for lunch.                                      
In the afternoon, enjoy a satisfyingly nourishing yin* practice inspired by the Wood Element. Making ourselves comfortable we begin our journey to the East for deeper connection to inner ‘self’ working with our spirit guides and animal allies. Setting intentions we work in three parts using Energy Work to focus on self-healing modalities to help restore and rejuvenate the energy centres. The combination of Yin Yoga and Shamanic meditation offers a calm yet invigorating journey to restore balance, promote flexibility, and align with the natural rhythms of growth and renewal.

In our Energy Connections classes and workshops we work our way around the Medicine Wheel to explore self-healing practices. Energy connections Classes are 2.5 hour duration. Working in the directions of the medicine wheel you are held in sacred space as we explore the connections between our physical emotional mental and spiritual energy. Each Class focuses on one of the directions helping to support personal transformation and spiritual growth. General Itinerary per class; as follows; 

6pm Welcome and opening space
Guided Meditation & Breathwork for intuitive connection 

6.30pm introduction to the direction for todays work 

Self-inquiry- Connecting with the Energy Centres: This content will change as per direction

Exploring our day-to-day connections to our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energy. 

7.00pm Guided Shamanic Meditation: This content will change as per direction 
Relaxation and removing of blockages
Energy work for rebalance and restoration working with our guides to restore the energy centres
Integration of the spiritual and physical energy harmonising the power centres

7.45pm Gratitude and Sacred Space for personal integration

Anna is a gifted Energy worker and Reader forming her connection with the Spirits through a phase of intitiation. Drawing upon Shamanic tools to bridge the gap between the two worlds Anna welcomes your guides into  the session asscessing altered states of conciousness to provide a deeper insight into your own connection to your guides and those who walk with you. Readings may combine numerology, astrology and oracle cards for further insight. Please note time lines are not linear throughout a reading. Personal Reading

The period of integration can usually last from 3-21 days. 
During this time and depending where we are in terms of our indidivual self-healing journey, it can be good to talk through some of our experiences or discuss notes we have made in our journals. 
These sessions aim to help individuals understand some of their experiences and provides support throughout the phase of integration as we learn to harmoise the physical and spiritual worlds.

Integration Support

Shamanic Feather Stone Energy Healing is a great way to help release and restore the energy centres. Working with your energy body this session is approximately one hour and includes releasing the three gateways and offering a cleansing for the 7 power centres. This is a good session for beginners and can also help to identify deeper imbalances within the energy centres which can provide insight into self-healing practices which may be needed. 
The feather and the stone work in both the physical and the spiritual world to offer clients relaxation, release, restoration and a deeper insight into thier energy healing journey, identifying possible imbalances and disconnections within the self.

Shamanic Feather Stone Energy Healing

Our guided Shamanic Meditation sessions are a great way to connect with your spirit guides deepening your personal journey with self healing practices.  Sessions vary and can include;  Soul Retrieval, Working with our Power Animals Meeting our Spirit Guides, Extraction, Self-healing practices and more.
These sessions are reccomended for those who would like to develop their own meditative practices whilst deepening  their connection with their unique gifts learning self-healing practices which they can use at home.
During this session you are guided through your energy healing journey safely supported by the practitioners. 
These sessions are also beenfical for on-going clients and shamanic practitioners who just need a little support in thier indidivual journey.

Shamanic Meditation & Energy Healing

At the core of this work is the intention for healing to take place. This can sometimes mean going through discomfort as we seek fragmented parts of the soul for personal healing. 

The aim for our sessions is always to empower our client supporting spiritual and personal growth. 

Shamanic Energy work is a powerful method of healing which works with the root cause of the energy imbalance which may be affecting our day to day lives. Energy Work can have many benefits for the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual energy. The effects of this session may continue on a subtle level for a few days or weeks after your session during which time we are here to support you.
